Cancellation Policy

  1. Any changes on online booking are accepted 24hrs prior to departure only
  2. Changes within 24 Hours of booking to be made through our helpdesk at 011-46464040
  3. Our call centre timings are 1000hrs to2000 hrs (Except Sunday And National Holidays).
  4. Any Cancellation/rescheduling for online bookings after 2000hrs till 1000hrs to be done directly through airlines helpdesk and cancellation/rescheduling reference number to be retained for respective airlines.
  5. Any cancellation/rescheduling for online bookings done directly through airlines helpdesk need to be advised to www.springtravels.com within 12 hours of any changes through mail at -: b2bhelp@springtravels.com
  6. All booking booked on www.springtravels.com are subject to cancellation penalty levied by the airlines.

Hotel Cancellation

First night cost (including taxes & service charge) will be charged if you cancel this booking by 24 hours IST.No refund if you cancel this booking later than 24 hours IST. You might be charged upto the full cost of stay (including taxes & service charge) if you do not check-in to the hotel.Partial cancellations by 24 hours IST,

  • First night cost (including taxes & service charge) will be charged if you cancel the first night.
  • Full refund if you cancel any other night.

No refund if you partially cancel this booking later than 24 hours IST. You might be charged upto the full cost of stay (including taxes & service charge) if you do not check-in to the hotel.You must be 18 to check in to this hotel.Your credit card is charged the total cost above at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.Failure to check into the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being charged to your credit card.Changes or cancellation may result in fees from INR 300.00 up to full cost of your stay as per belowAll hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas eve and New Year's eve on the stay during respective periods.
